How do companies really work with AI in Design?
I highly recommend the "State of AI in Design Systems" report by zeroheight. It makes you see it's not the social media magic at all. There's genuinely good stuff happening, but also a lot of struggle and the same problems showing up over and over again.
Here's my quick summary, going through it from a purely designer's perspective. May it calm your day, you're not behind, and yes, you do need to clean up that file now, or the agent can't read it. 💛
It's the wild, wild west out there, and all of this is just happening right now. The report shows you what you actually need to know, what to look out for, and what's just the normal frustration of this stage we're all in.
It's also beautifully made.
