All your courses are located in the library section under "My Classes" in the top menu. New courses will also be added to this section.

Courses are bundled for easy navigation, so be sure to click into the sections to access deep dives or find specific courses that pique your interest. 

You can also find an overview of all current courses on the video courses overview page.

Currently, all files are accessible in the downloads section. 

I am currently working on a new way to share files with you, which I am testing with the prototyping course and some others already. So, you should find it duplicating a version of the exercise file directly into your Figma account. This should really improve the process; however, it is a brand new way. In this case, you should see the file opening and can start working right away. It will be saved in your drafts, and you can drag it to any of your Figma projects.

While testing to ensure this works seamlessly, most files are still available as .fig downloads. Please make sure you watch the video on how to work with downloads that accompany every course. The key is to import them in Figma; just double-clicking a downloaded .fig file will not work! Any zip folders must be unzipped first, and files imported one by one (you see why I am working on a new technique,). It might take a moment to load the files, but you only need to import them once; after that, they are stored in your Figma account.

Note: I try to keep courses updated, and you will see the version of your exercise file. So, if you return to a course, you might want to check if a new version has been made available.

Yes, all invoices are promptly sent to the email you provided for payment shortly after billing (in case you used a different PayPal email, it will be sent to your PayPal address). Please remember to check your spam folder too.

Understanding that your needs may evolve, I'm here to ensure that managing your subscription is as straightforward and effortless as possible. Below is a simple guide crafted to assist you in navigating the cancellation process with ease:

1. Accessing Your Subscription Details:

   • Click on your avatar located in the top-right corner of the page.
   • Select “Manage Membership” from the dropdown menu.
   • Once there, click on “Billing Information” at the top. Alternatively, you can directly click here for quick access.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription:

   • You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, please be assured that you will retain access to all courses until the end of your current billing cycle.
   • Please note, I am unable to offer refunds for cancellations that occur late in the billing cycle.

3. If You Cannot Find the Cancellation Button:

   • There might be occasions when the cancellation button or the billing area is not visible. This could be because I cancelled your subscription due to unsuccessful payment attempts (for example, insufficient funds or an expired credit card), you might have paid via Paypal in the past (please see instructions below!), or you might have already cancelled your membership earlier.
   • To verify, please check your email for a cancellation confirmation from me or reach out.

It is very important to me to offer an effortless cancellation process. Hence, PayPal is no longer offered as a payment option due to the lack of easy cancellation integration. However, I understand that some of you have subscribed through PayPal in the past and still hold an active membership:

If you are among these clients and wish to cancel your subscription, kindly do so directly through your PayPal account. Here's how:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Navigate to the Automatic Payments section.
3. Find the authorization for my service and cancel it from there.

This action will effectively cancel your subscription. Should you prefer or require assistance, I'm happy to help! Feel free to reach out to me directly for support canceling your subscription. It's important to note, however, that cancellations must be requested before the renewal date, as refunds are not issued once a subscription has been renewed.

You can cancel any time after signing up and retain access to all courses until the end of your billing cycle (monthly or annual).
